Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information (Required)

ICONX Inc. ("the Company") collects and uses personal information to provide the re.scoop service ("the Service") in accordance with Article 15 of the Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), as set forth below. In the event of any inconsistency between the Korean and English versions of this consent, the Korean version shall prevail.

1. Information Collected and Used

The Company does not collect user passwords. Users authenticate directly with an external identity provider (e.g., Google), and only the authentication tokens issued by that provider are received and stored.

Information that is automatically collected while you use the Service — such as access IP, usage logs, cookies, and device environment information — is not subject to this consent. Such information is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

  • Account registration, authentication, and identification
  • Workspace operation and identification of workspace members
  • Sending, receiving, and managing user messages
  • Automated classification and summarization of messages through AI analysis
  • Service operation, security, and prevention of abuse

The Company does not sell or otherwise monetize user content for any purpose, and does not use user content to train external AI models.

3. Retention and Use Period

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences

You have the right to refuse this consent. However, because the information covered by this consent is necessary to provide the Service, refusing will restrict your ability to create an account and use the Service.
