Account deletion
The developer of “리스쿱 rescoop - 크리에이터 DM·댓글을 한곳에” (service name: re.scoop) is iconX Inc. (아이콘엑스). This page explains how to delete your 리스쿱 rescoop account.
How to delete your account
- In the app: Sign in and select 설정 (Settings) → 회원탈퇴 (Delete account). Review the notice, enter
회원탈퇴in the confirmation field, and select 탈퇴 (Delete account) to complete deletion in the app. - On the web: Sign in at app.rescoop.ai and select 설정 (Settings) → 회원탈퇴 (Delete account). Review the notice, enter
회원탈퇴, and select 탈퇴 (Delete account). - By email: If you cannot use the app, request account deletion at contact@iconx.co.kr. Include the email address used to register your account so we can identify it.
The confirmation screen shows in advance whether each space will be deleted. When you delete your account, spaces where you are the administrator are closed and their linked account information and data are deleted permanently, while spaces you joined as a member are not deleted and remain as they are.
Data deletion and retention
The retention periods in section 3 of the Privacy Policy are:

Where retention is required by law, data is stored separately for the required period. If applicable law or the terms of an external platform require a shorter retention or deletion period, that shorter period applies.
Under section 8 of the Privacy Policy, personal information is destroyed without delay once its collection and use purpose is fulfilled, within five business days after the retention period expires or the purpose is deemed fulfilled. On account withdrawal, personal information is de-identified without delay; remaining de-identified information is handled under section 10. Under section 7, rights requests made by email or other means are handled without delay and the result is notified within 10 days.
